29th June 2004

Sorry it's been a while since I wrote but nothing much has happened recently. I've at last finished my exams and have left school which in some ways I feel sad about but in other ways it's great!! No more detentions for late homework or for wearing trousers to school that don't conform with their criteria! Some of the staff were nice especially our Head of Year but some just won't listen to anyone who has their own ideas. Oh well, not my problem now! I was going to fishing college for a year but now filming is happening. I start next week which is a shame because I was supposed to be going on the Newquay end of school trip for a week which would have been great but now I will have to miss it. Still, my friends will have to have fun without me. It will be nice seeing all the old faces in the film and I'm especially looking forward to working with Jason Isacs who played my father and Julie Walters - both really nice people. Quite often you get adults who don't like working with kids and think they're a pain but everyone on Harry Potter is nice.

Still no news on my stolen bike and fishing rods. Let's hope someone gets caught with them because everyone's on the look out. I hope that the person who stole them gets something stolen from them which is really precious like my rods.

I bought 4 big new fish for my pond at home named after people close to me. They cruise around for food at night and I like checking on them all making sure they are all ok. We only bought 1 big fish at first with lots of little goldfish, but decided that the big one ( only 12 cm long) looked lonely so we went back to the same tank at the same store and bought a few of his friends so now they can party together! That just goes to prove I'm not a baddy like Malfoy! People who really know me know I'm ok really!

Love Tom x
